What could this be plants are getting general hydroponics nutrients I am following there chart ppms are 900-1000 week 3 flower .ph is at 6.5 run off is 6.3
Brown on leaf edges helps please

Definitely somethings not right. The problems seem to be with the upper leaves that are in the light, the lower leaves look in better shape. That kinda narrows it to a non-mobile nutrient or too much light. I do see some canoeing of the leaves with burnt edges.

It's at 1100 ppms
