Brown spots and curling leaves

This is a FEM Lowryder x AK47 I germed and planted outside with FF soil on 8/1/10 while waiting for my PC Grow Box to be delivered. I actually had three going outdoors but something ate two of them. PC grow box arrived on 8/17/10. Replanted the remaining plant in a pot and started the indoor grow on 8/17/10.

FF soil
4 x 26 watt CFLs 24/0
one intake fan one exhaust fan
Well water
Unknown PH
Top of plant 5" from lights.

I used GH Maxigrow one time at low strength while outdoors and GH Maxibloom at low strength after replanting into pot.

On 8/17 I noticed browning of the leaves. Today I flushed pretty well added no nutes and moved the plant 2-3" from the lights. Browning continues and after 1 hour of being 2" under the lights I noticed some leave tips starting to curl up.

The picture with the drip tube is when it was outdoors.

What to do? What to do?

Thanks in advance. I did a lot of searching google images to try and find something similiar but couldn't find much.

You are 100% correct Serapis. I hate to admit this but when the PC Box arrived I plugged it in and everything worked fine. Only problem is both fans are wired to exhaust out. (Could be a slight problem with an internal temp of 96 degrees) LMAO. Not a big problem. Unscrewed the intake fan and turned it over. Done!
