Shes got ventilation, temp is ok, humidity is ok. Not nute burn since I haven't fed her nutes in awhile and have just flushed the soil.
Light is a 25W CFL, soil is fine. Bugs showing up, randomly, not a lot, some small some bigger.

You'll want to try to get at least 100watts on that plant, that single 25w isn't going to cut it. The leaves yellowing, drying, and pointing could either be a Nitrogen problem, or a watering problem.

looks nute deficient what's your pH? describe the bugs if they are aphids in your roots that could be symptomatic as well

Some of the bugs were really small, maybe dark brown or black, that stayed in the soil and when I shaked the pot they set out flying. Killed them all, have never seen one again.
Once I spotted a green grasshoper, just once, laying on the wall. killed him, nothing else.
And yesterday I saw a big one, brown, on top of the plants, dealt with him too

Plant is waterlogged, I suggest adding a fan to help it dry out faster. The bugs you are referring too are fungus gnats and should go away once the medium starts to dry out on a consistent basics.

I flushed it, it was having this problems before the flush. Now it's drying already

hard to call dude you haven't fed nutes in a while.....for that size plant I'd say any nutes would be unnecessary till this point......ya know? I mean that is soil its growing in right? I would say your plant is lacking nutes due to whatever, someone suggested she looks soggy maybe root rot is setting in.....maybe its pH lockout, maybe both of these AND over fert....I have plants twice that size in beer cups that have been fed zero nutes but if you can't give up basic info like what your soil is, what your nutes are and what your pH is or what your feeding schedule is then I think we've all pretty much hit a brick wall here.....and as already stated I would fire up that other cfl also.
