brwning leaves any help?

hopeing someone can help me with my problem here i have a wardrobe grow currently they are under cfl's here are the pics of whats happening below now i watered them 2 days ago them yesterday afternoon i noticed a few small brown spots on this plant i have 3 others no problems with them tho and then within 24 hours it is bigger brown patches on the leaves the patches arnt on any of the top new growth only the bottom older growth any ideas what the prob could be? heres the pics

now another question also these i grew from seeds i have 2 this size 1 alot smaller and the other is slightly bigger and they are around 1 month old since they sprouted from the seed yet all the pics i look at by this time the plants are way bigger so could they be slow growing because i am using cfl's and not hps lights??? or could it be something else?

IN MY EXPERIENCE brown = dead tissue ,so you have either burnt the leaves by spraying water on em or youv been adding sumthing they dont like, could also be down to the roots but i dunno, looks like you need sum perlite/drainage in ya medium / soil. put a list up of everything youv fed em. and if your getting water on the leaves and leaving it there under the light or not. - i.e are you misting ya plants .

and after a second look im gonna go with roots and you need drainage...

I agree you do need some perilite in your soil for oxygen for the roots, but I don`t think that`s the problem here.
Looks like RUST.

i do smoke cigarettes the pots i have them in do have drainage i only water every 3 - 4 days and leave them in the sink to drain out all excess water i have a few times gotten water droplets on a few of my plants leaves and then put them back under the lights could that be the problem ??? only using 20 and 24 watt cfl's 2 per plant at the moment
the soil i am using seems to have good drainage when i water them within about 5 or so mins the top of soil is touch dry but slightly moist underneath
so ill go to my hyroshop tomorrow and get some perlite for oxygen
the only nutrients i have used so far it's made by HORTICO and called All Pupose Compund Fertiliser with trace elements
it recomended i use 10grams for each 40cm pot i only used 5gramsper pot because my plants are so small didnt want it to strong for them i can list all the chemicals in the fertiliser if needed and percentages
however i do smoke and have ocasionly had a smoke while fixing my light where my setup is could it be that?
i use regular tap water and let it sit atleast 24 hours so the chlorine etc.. evaporate <-- i read somewhere thats what u do if using regular tap water i dont know the ph of soil or water i will get a ph test kit when i get the perlite tomorrow

I am only a noob but aren't those plants a bit young to be giving them any nutes at all? It looks like nute burn to me, again I am only a noob so I am sorry if I mislead you check the faqs again.

Sorry I could`nt get here sooner to answer your question, I`m more of a weekend advisor.
Anyway the reason I asked if you smoked ciggarettes is because I`ve lost a few plants over the yrs to Tobbaco Mosiac.
It`s a viris that attacks many plants and we can pass it to our plants by just smoking a ciggi then touching your plant.
You should always wash your hands after a smoke , before you touch your plants.
I can`t say for sure that is what is wrong with your babies...but it is a possibility.

How do they look now?

Fake Plastic Trees- Those plants r not to small to feed...you should be feeding your plants lighty,as soon as cotlydons turn yellow and fall off.

yeah ive been washing my hands flat stick and got some perlite and decent soil and now check them out they are going strong
