I have seen a few white butterflies in my garden that I think will turn out to give me catapillars. So my question is if I start using BT now will this keep them away? last year I burned the crap out of a couple plants that I sprayed at night but left the spray on and the next day they were curled up and almost dead. From then on I have used Pyrethrin for mites and whiteflies but I leave it on for a hour and then wash it off. This saved me last year. Also I am shopping for praying mantis and ladybugs this year to hopefully avoid the pyrethrin altogether. Also heard that marigolds are great to plant in your garden because of neomtodes.
Any thoughts?

I had the same problem. And yes they layed eggs and catapillars were everywhere eating up my goodies. So I sprayed with liquid 7 and they were laying everywhere the next day.
