Hi,

attached pictures ent the best. What should I do now? Take the infected parts off? Take down the whole plant?

Botrytis, cut out the infected area careful try not to spread it by touching it then touching the rest of your plant. Spray with a 6 ph solution of 1 part peroxide to 5 parts water.

Cut what's infected out and wait. Hope for the best. Its all you can do aside from scrapping the whole plant.
Would you say they are too early to take down? The attached pics are from 3 days ago.

Too early for sure, if it were mine I would wait till about Halloween. Cut out a whole bunch of fan leaves to give the plant more air flow. That will help keep moisture levels down. Cut rot and apply the peroxide mixture I had mentioned, with a spray bottle. You need to push them longer or you won’t have a lot and it won’t do much for you.

I’ve removed all the infected parts and sprayed with hydrogen peroxide 3%. Weathers picked up a lot so I’m able to put them outside for now. What’s the next steps I need to take? Just monitor them?

It sucks but it gets easier realizing it can be a normal part of outdoor growing. I cut 3-4 moldy buds a day and throw them in the trash without thinking about it these days.

yep, and when you think about it: the weight realized from an outdoor grow more than compensates for some loss from rot(if you stay on top of it)
