So i found some bud rot on the main cola of my blueberry and then with further inspection found some on the cola of the kush right next to it. I chopped both the colas off as far down as i thought was needed. I left both plants to continue flowering because i feel that they have not fully ripened, is this ok? or should i harvest both plants. Thanks in advanced.

Yes just remove the rot you find , keep the humidity low and keep all your fans running constantly .. keep an eye on all the colas check them all the time the fattest ones especially
you will find some strains/phenos are much more prone than others to bud rot even when your environment is good
im sure you will be ok and only lose a tiny amount of yield from the rot

I concur. There is no spray or magic powder to eliminate bud rot. It's an insidious airborn fungus.
