Bud rot

Hello everyone just need to make sure its bud rot on the biggest cola should i remove it she is in flower 71d of 12/12 npt ready yet would like to go another week humidity is 50 to 60 was watering few times without lights off so maybe thats why stupid me lol

Looks like it indeed. You can crack open the cola by bending it and see for sure but my bet is you will find budrot. Have good air circulation and remember that humidity often rises when the lights are out and temps drop. Make sure you are venting or dehumidifying when lights are out. Some strains will be more resistant to the mold, something to consider for the future.

Hi thanks for replying its the main cola damn i have watered with lights out have fixed the air circulation will have to get dehumdifier for sure its at 57% lights out humidity

I have and do water with the lights out all the time and never have any issues. I do keep the humidity in later flowering at 40 - 45% and I have plenty of air circulation. My plants are very large and buds are packed in tight.

I think that if you can manage the humidity 24/7 with good air circulation, you will be good to go in the future regardless of watering in the dark cycle.

The main cola is always the first to go in my experience. Sometimes all you can do is inspect, inspect and inspect some more, and amputate moldy areas when you catch them early.

No idea about the rest of your setup, but if airflow is not great you could MAYBE consider removing some fan leaves. I know it's really late for that so I'm not advising you to do it but maybe look into it :-)
