Bud size/ yield

Ive heard that your buds are growing and getting fatter when the lights are on and they are getting stickier and producing more trichomes while the lights are off. I've new worrying about my yield lately since I am at the beginning of week 6 flowering and my plants aren't looking the biggest, if I left the lights on for a few extra hours woild this help increase my yield? My plants are already frosty and have a lot of trichomes so I would just like to maximize my yield. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

12/12 is what you want as far as your yield that will depend on the plants genetics and your growing conditions lights,nutes, soil etc.

leave it changing light schedules's will just cause you more problems

your buds should start swelling now if your growing an indica dom plant and a couple of weeks if sativa dom

patience is the key and pictures would be more helpful

if you increase the light period in flower you will make them reveg (unless we are talking 30 mins or so)

if your plants reveg you will pull your hair out in frustration, imagine if every bud grew out a stem with a funky ass leaf on like this
