Aloha All,

My name's Grant, I live in Orange County, CA and would love to find a job as a budtender! Need some info on how to apply for this job! Any advice would be much appreciated!

If intrested: Currently making buisness cards to hand out to dispensaries/ introduce myslef, Only confused as to how to approach this

I have no clue broseph... my guess is just go talk to people who work where you want to work.

It seems like you already gotta have an "in" at a place or your really cool with the employees or owners of the dispensary. Maybe start going to a couple clubs regularly and vending to them, and get cool with them. If you want a full proof way to get hired eventually at some club then you could go to Oaksterdam or other medical marijuana classes and earn some type of degree...then you have a resume and they know your truly knowledgable about cannabis.

Getting to know a local dispensary sounds like a must, Oaksterdam @ the Los Angeles sight sounds like a good plan as well I'll be looking into it!
