buding

hi everybody.ii'm a first time grower and i have some plants and they r in there 13 week now.some of them r males and the males is packed with pistils.my question is when the females starts showing some buding signs??i grow outdoor,.

Do these sentences make sense to you? I can't grasp.

ummm i think ur talking preflowers?? and chop your males down if u can tell them apart.
