bug out!!!

I am new to the grow scene and my ladies have just sprouted!!! However there are at least 10 little tiny tiny "flying objects" in my pots. I would assume this is normal. But I'm sure itas not good. So my question is do I leave it alone or do something about it? And what do I do to get rid of them if so? Thx

Yes- do something about it. You probable have fruit flies from the soil. Pesticides are not very good- you don't want to be using harsh chemicals but you can get organic pesticides that are intended for use on food crops and spray the soil.
