Bugs or something else?

Day 23 WW autos going from bad to worse. (Outdoor grow, mixture of FFOF and Roots organic grow greens). Plants have been watered with collected rainwater only and no nutes have been given. Plants were already too small and some looked sickly but I noticed leaf miners and some brown spots on Day 18 so I bought some Capt. Jacks deadbug spray and things seemed better for 2 days but more spots on third day. I used Capt. JAcks again that night but I think things are even worse the next day. I have not seen bugs on the leaves but it has been humid with lots of bugs around. Don't know if it's bugs or a fungus or SOmething else and Iwould so appreciate any help. I can get. IMG_4092.JPG

Mix a light foliar feed with some grow nutrient
Mist a couple days and you should see an improvement
Those spots are going to brown and die off
