Building 8x8 grow room ( Not Finished )

So im trying to find out electricity information ,
Running 2 spider farmers ( 480 watts each ) & a 600watt HPS , also have a portable ac unit in here , draws 11.5 amps , & (. i might put a secondary window A/c for a back up i think thats like an extra 1400 watts ( not forsure)

Just wondering what i should tell an eletrician ,
Without tellin him im planning a grow op lol

If my quick calculation is correct what you mentioned is just over 20 amps. You should be fine with a 30 amp circuit but if you add another ac unit you would be pushing it. How about fans? You are most likely forgetting something too.

Just tell him the wattage and amps you need total. What business is it of his what you use it for.
