Hey guys, I decided I'm going to build a custom grow box. I figured I would post pictures and information as I go to see what you guys think. Please tell me anything you would do better, or think I am doing wrong! Much appreciated 
The design is going to essentially be a 5' long X 2' deep X 4' tall wooden box, sectioned off in to two compartments. All will be 2' deep. The first (from left to right) will be 3' long, and 4' tall, intended to house two plants grown from seed. The other will be 2' long, and 3 1/2' tall, for several clones (probably single cola) from the two plants. The dividing wall will only run 1/2' deep, leaving room for air circulation, and less money on multiple exhaust fans. On top of this 3 1/2' tall section will be a 2' long and 1/2' tall storage compartment or wiring box for whatever I need.
All of my clones will come from my plants grown from seeds, and I won't start new plant's until my clones are gone, so if I'm correct, the light cycle will always be the same for both sections, eliminating need for a solid/light blocking dividing wall. I'll likely make it chicken wire - more symbolic than functional.
In each section, in one of the corners, I'll put a computer fan. In one place (in the 1' deep section in front of the dividing wall) I'll put the air intake hole, and run a black-paint inside PVC pipe from it around the box. The exhaust will be directly above that hole. In the clone section I'll put 4 x 23W CFL's. In the Mother section Ill use a myriad of different lights. Likely a combination of 42W CFL's and 23W CFL's. I might try throwing in something in the hundreds range eventually. The whole inside will be either painted titanium white, lined with space blanket, or lined with aluminum tape.
I'm working on drawing up a schematic of sorts. I'll post that ASAP.
