Bulbs and Ballasts

Im trying to set up a cheap 400 watt dimmable ballast HPS system.

I can pick up a dimmable (100/75/50%-400-250-125w approx) ballast for about 100 bucks but Ive been advised Lumatek, Galaxy, Nextgen, Amazon- Phantom ballasts are better.

Got any good Ballast ideas:?:

Bulbs
There are more bulbs than colors in a spring Rainbow.:weed:

Does anyone have any ideas about bulbs:?:

I use a lumatek 600 dimmable with SUNMASTER DUAL spectrum bulb.


Lumateks are good ballasts but they aint cheap .

Hey All.Got a ?Ive got a 400 watt system.mh,hps.On my ballast i can go from 250 to 400.But my ? is i can switch it to 250 s.b or 400 s.b.What the heck is s.b
