They look like incandescent bulbs apart from the one halogen flood lamp. Those aren't going to work, incandescent lamps don't radiate the kind of light your plants need. You'd have better luck holding the plants up to your monitor
they were the only lights i used on my last grow and they worked enough the get the plant started but the buds were small.i dont know anything about cfls
