Bumps and leaf curls

Please tell me this is just edema and not powdery mildew or another major issue. Fixes and suggestions please!!!
I have 50 plants and they are one by one getting this issue. I check with a microscope and I didn’t see bugs. Just some dirt particles on the underside. The white spot is a close up on a single bump. I gently ran my nail over it and it was blister like.

Looks like frost damage to me but lots of problems look like lots of other problems. If you post more about the grow we can eliminate the problems. A lot of gardening is figuring out by symptoms and ruling out each thing that causes it.
PM happens due to airflow issues, humidity and temp as well as environmental issues like mold and mildew in the house or like in my case a local bean field got to much rain and went slurry and threw blight and mildew everywhere.

Grown inside under aw200se VIVOSUN aerowing light
Has a fan in the light and box fan to the side for air flow
Humidity is 60 temp is 78f
No bugs
No frost
I moved them closer to the fan and the leaf curl started to get better. I just moved them out to a green house today for better air quality. I’ll see if this fixes it.

for starters, get them in larger pots , they look like there being over watered and under watered or uneven watering, humidity and temps are too high for toms.
if you repot them into larger pots with good tomato plant soil from tomato grow bag, lower the humidity and temps, they should sort each other out.

i liked this one, it was a bit of a challange, untill i read your temps and humidity. because the bubble bumps mean to little water and curling leaves is too much water. have a great day
