Burnt Tips

Hi,

Long time lurker here :)
First, thanks to all of the people sharing knowledge in this magnificent forum of open knowledge for the improvement of the world's botanical skills.

My girl is having some disease and I would like to share it with you. Hopefully somebody will be able to share some tips to help me because it is getting worse.

Medical background of my girl:

Sex: female
Age: 5 months old
Current stage: started flowering 2 weeks ago (shes starting to show some little pistils =D)
Height: 1.2 meters
Last trimmed: 1 month ago. Mostly reduced bottom leaves to allow light in the canopy.
Past sicknesses: recently infested by spider mites (yuk!). She received a good dose of daily spraying with Neem oil diluted in water for about 1 week. Also received 3 days of concentrated cayenne spray. I think the mites are all gone now because I could physically see them a couple of weeks ago. Last time I sprayed her with neem was 3 days ago.
Nutrition: watering as needed (never too much or too little). Good earth drainage and about 20% coconut coir earth. Initial earth included a good 20% compost. She received a tiny bit of granular fertilizer with the following composition about 1 month ago. N-P-K-Mg-B-S / 18.5%,5.0%,15.0%,6.0%,0.2%,7.3%.

Signs of distress:
-Yellowing of leaves and quick burning of random parts of the leaf. First they get yellow and then that specific post will be brown and then black. This happens on the corners of the leaf first every time.
-The bottom part trunk has some light brown skin.
-Behind the leaves there are some little white skins. This may be dried up neem oil but I cannot tell with certainty. It is easy to remove with the finger and does NOT move (like spider mites did). Does not look like a bug either.

See pictures for more details

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and giving some feedback. Hope to save her!!!

Your pest problem isn't over yet. You've got a leaf miner in that first pic.

That dried crusty stuff, I dunno.

You're yellowing and burnt leaves could very well be from the neem. That's why it's hitting the edges first, but it could be something else. How's the new growth?

Nice looking bush though overall.

The sickened leaves are showing up in both the bottom and the top but mostly on the bottom now.
I will take a look closer at the potential leaf miner tomorrow but I believe its the same little skin I mentioned that was below the leaf (see pic 3)
Any suggestions on treatment?
It's strange to me that neem can damage the leaves :(
Is it possible that it's nutrient burn or deficiency?
I've been careful with fertilizer but I better ask a doctor ;)

I've never had to deal with leaf miners, just seen the damage they do. The stuff in the third pic looks like mites, but if it's not, I dunno.

I don't think it looks like a nute burn. A deficiency... Too erratic unless it's in your roots. My money is on too high concentration of neem.

You probably sprayed at the top and it all ran down onto the lowers. Explains the damage at the top with most being at the bottom.

That's my best guess anyway.
