Burping my Mason jars? How long & How!

I have a question for everyone on this site! It is very important to me and to my cannabis. I have about two ounces in a jar and I just picked up for the cannabis club. I don't smoke hardcore no more, but I am trying to get the perfect curing for my grand daddy purple. I am scared of mold because it did happened before, and I need some expert advice I picked up about two days ago, and I am burping the jar for about 25 mins everyday. Is this correct? When do I stop the burping, and just let it cure airtight? I am looking to hold this special jar for about six to eight months, and to get the best possible results

Sir, I've heard people say burp it for 15 mins, one or two times a day. Depending on moisture level.

as for your question, there are many answers. some people would suggest 24 hours open, 24 hours closed, and so on.

i suggest open it 2-3 hours 2-3 times a day depending on the size of buds.and do it for at least a week minimum.
