Busted..

Was driving down an alley and cop pulled me over...says looking for b n e suspects, when he finds out it wasnt me or my friends, he says he smells ganja n searches my car, finds a cap of honey oil and about 30 gs and a scale, empty ziploc freezer bags, and about 600 bux cash on me.. they arrested me for trafficking. anyone know if im pretty much fucked and wont get the cash back lol?

im in canada and getting charged as a juvenile so the charge will be gone in a couple years anyways, and if guilty worst i do is community service i just want my damn cash ha

i believe you get ur cash back, 600 bucks, they dont know if u sold weed for that or worked hard for it.

If you can PROVE you earned it in a legal manner .Like a pay stub or a recent bank draft . You should get it back . If you cant PROVE IT .. you will prob lose it .
