Buyer Beware - Hydro Galaxy does not honor returns

I have emails and bank statements.

I'm selling a $350 lamp. Hydro Galaxy contracts with Sun Systems ad they can make me wait a week for shipping, send me defective stuff, but no returns.

Buyer beware. Try to see first.

Could you explain what you purchased, what was wrong with it, and why they won't accept a return please? I'm sure there are plenty of people here who could give you great consumer advice if you gave a bit more information.

Yes, I'm always weary of these "buyer beware" posts. Usually more to the story than presented.

I've only purchased 1 time from hydro galaxy & I have to say I received excellent customer service from them.
I bought a auto pilot greenhouse controller for $450 (regular price $600 from hydrofarm)
internet cable, & co2 regulator.
They were out of the cable & they emailed me right away to let me know it would be a day behind the others. When the first package arrived they managed to get the cable in it so i got everything at once.
GREAT prices, & good customer service in my opinion. Everything worked perfect. I hope everything gets resolved.
