By accident I saw that light is off

Hi guys last night I screw the bulb for maintenance of the cooltube
And I guess I didn't screw the bulb firmly so I came home and I saw the light is off it was of only for 50 min
Do I need to add 50 min to timer today?

No, no and no. The only thing important is 12 hours of dark cycle. All turning the light of in 'Daytime' does is lose you 50 mins of growing time. No big deal. Disturbing the 12 hour dark cycle.....Big deal.

Think of it like a big rainstorm came while your plant was outside and it grew very dark, but the sun came back out afterwards. But it's true the dark cycle is the critical part.
