Hello Everybody
Have just about finished my first grow (indoors)after many years sitting on the back benches for to long n must say am very pleased.
I have been ah big fan of C.B.D oil and its uses medically.
My landlord suffered ah stroke awhile back and although she is healing well sleep is ah problem for her.
I have watched ah lot on how to make the oil but would be very interested in hearing from anybody with first hand knowledge on how it's done.
Was planning on using the best of what comes of my plants for it but also Best natural oil to use?
Quantity of oil to use to an ounce?
(Quality over quantity first n foremost)
Over all any knowledge people might have that could help me out would greatly be appreciated...
