C02 injection ideas experience

Have got my room pretty much set n ready to go for c02 compressed gas and would appreciate bit off guidance on injection methods,materials etc
Mainly am I best to use tubing or piping?specifics on size etc
Also is it best to have some kind of spray nozzle inset into tubing/piping?
Any advice would be appreciated
