CA Dispensaries That Accept Out Of State I.D.'s?

I plan on taking a trip to LA soon and i hear there are Clinics/Docs that will accept out of state IDs in venice beach that will then in turn help me get into dispensaries. if it helps any when i go i have been diagnosed with anxiety and insomnia.
ive read different places that "KUSH DR" accept any state ID but is this the only place?
ive also read that there they kind of jack you on price and i dont want to pay $200 for a card when im only staying 3 days
any help would be great.

do you do edibles? thats what im after most. i mean of course yea bud but ive never had edibles in my 6 years of smoking and want to try them while im there. where will you be located cuz im landing in LAX in April
