In California if you have your doctors papers and have been issued a card you are legal to grow.
I know the general limit for counties is 6 mature plants and 12 immature.

So does this mean 6 plants with bud on them and 12 vegging?

I read somewhere someone said it also had to do with height but I haven't read that other places so I'm not sure.

I wanted to know because I was thinking of doing a perpetual cycle, and I was wondering if I had a set of plants in late flower, mid flower, early flower, and of course some clones vegging.
If the early flower ones would be considered part of my mature's?

I mean, if they were only about 2 weeks into flowering before they were moved to the mid flowering stage, there wouldn't be much bud growing on them yet.

No its 12 plants total immature and mature. 18 plants puts you over the limit.would be better if it was 13 one mother 6 veggie and 6 flowering. Would be even better if it was 99 plants like some counties.
