In California if you have your doctors papers and have been issued a card you are legal to grow.
I know the general limit for counties is 6 mature plants and 12 immature.

So does this mean 6 plants with bud on them and 12 vegging?

I read somewhere someone said it also had to do with height but I haven't read that other places so I'm not sure.

I wanted to know because I was thinking of doing a perpetual cycle, and I was wondering if I had a set of plants in late flower, mid flower, early flower, and of course some clones vegging.
If the early flower ones would be considered part of my mature's?

I mean, if they were only about 2 weeks into flowering before they were moved to the mid flowering stage, there wouldn't be much bud growing on them yet.

yes i am also interested in this exact question....how the fuck do they define mature and immature....cuz i want to work the system and have 6 mature , 12 vegging :)

Im no expert but my a family member stated to me that its a total of 12 all together... and no more than 6 can be flowering.... hope that helps.. ill see if i can ask him for literature on it

No its 12 plants total immature and mature. 18 plants puts you over the limit.would be better if it was 13 one mother 6 veggie and 6 flowering. Would be even better if it was 99 plants like some counties.
