Cabinet color

Just curious if painting the interior of my grow cabinet white is crucial. It's yellow...

5 days after 400w MH, Today they are at 19" below light and I plan to get as close as 12" and stay about that distnace throughout veg...

Sound good?

Paint it white. Yellow will only reflect yellow light back, and absorb the rest. White will reflect the full spectrum.

Paint it white, if you can. No sense loosing all that light on a yellow paint job.
