cabinet grow questions - 2 lights?

I have 2 air-cooled HPS lights. One is 600watt , one is 400 watt. My grow area is a medium size (just moved) cabinet 4ft X 1.7ft X 7ft. I was going to run 2 6in inline fans to cool the lights and have them both connected on the same ducting.

Are both lights overkill for this area?

What should I do as far as ventilating the cabinet itself? I have never done a cabinet grow.

i know a few people who are running a 600 and a 400 in a similar cab/area.... if not smaller as well as folks running single 1k watters.

as long as that airflow is in check it will be fine. 200 cfm should be enough to cool the 1000 watts although i like 400cfm
