I would like to use straight RO/DI water for my waterings since I have a unit already for my salt water fish tank. But would then need to supplement with Calcium and Magnesium, correct? What ppm of Cal. and Mag. should the water be adjusted to?
I have gallon mixes of Cal. (Calcium Chloride) and Mag. (Magnesium Chloride & Magnesium Sulfate) that I add to my salt water mix to raise those levels. I'm thinking I can just add this to a batch of RO/DI water, pH it and water, kind of a homemade CalMag supplement. Thoughts?
