California clones

In Washington you have to be a medical card holder to buy clones. Is it different in California? Can anybody buy OTC clones? And do you need a California state ID?

If your over 21 you should be good, just like here in Co. Valid Id, doesn't matter what state your from while your in the legal state..... Anyway I chatted with another member that flew out to Ca bought clones and shipped them to himself. So I think your good.
