Yea, it looks like they bust a nut. Never seen it happen. What's your light schedule?

And is it possible the female mothers can get infected by it if it did spill pollen? If I can is there a way to reverse it I don’t wanna lose my female genetics

Within about a week or 2, you'll see female pods become bloated. Those would be seeds.

Do you want to keep the male for pollen? You can pluck off any seed pods before flower. I would spray the plants down with water to ensure theres no rogue pollen.

I did for future crosses but I carefully threw it away just now
I have about 9 different moms and about 250 teens in week 2 of veg
If I spray them down will it save them or should I trash it
Plucking them will take a very long time

Your females will be fine if they are still just vegging. The male could have some auto flower genes in it due to poor breeding.

Female mother can't get "infected". They can be pollinated if they're flowering. The pollen has to land on an actual pistil for a seed to be produced. If they are mothers in veg they won't be pollinated except potentially on a few preflowers which won't ruin the plants. If you don't want the male for pollen to make more seeds then get rid of it and clean the pollen from your grow area.

And yes some strains can develop male flowers in veg.

Excellent answer, the only thing I can add is water will easily denature pollen.

Mist your females with water to keep random pollen nonviable ...when the females show their first pistil..get the male out or you'll have a seed factory.
