Can anyone identify this hood?

Its old school. I bought it used from a friend, he doesn't know the brand either. It doesn't have any markings on it at all. It is 26"x22"x8.5". I am trying to order another flange as I only have one. I was also hoping to find another hood like it since I would like my stuff to match.
