That thing says it only puts out 1500 lumens?
A bunch of the reviews say it burnt out early too

it screws right into a basic light fixture. dont need a ballast

i only paid $14 at a discount store. that was just a link i found searching the item number. i seen it, had the mo ey and figured id check it out
