Can I extract thc from hemp?

I live in shit eu country where thc weed is illegal but hemp not...
So I can buy tea in store that have 3% cbd and 0.2 thc...
Tee is from leaves seeds and flowers...and when I smoke that I light feel that cbd...

Can I somehow isolate that thc from that tea homemade

You can with chromatography, but maybe easier to isomerize the CBD to THC.
