Was wondering if they are big enough now to start flowering?

flowering is typically up to the grower themselves.
it depends on when you want to flower. this is typically due to things like room in the grow room, height allowance etc.
typically most people wait until 4-10 weeks of vegging prior to flowering
or some people wait until theres 4 separate node areas on the plant and dont count by weeks.
additionally some flower straight from seed (typical to people who are doing smaller pc grows)
this question is asked quite frequently as well, we have a pretty good search bar on this website you can always use that to check for answers dating typically back to 2006.
if you plan to do any sort of LST, Topping ,scrogging etc youll want to initiate that process prior to flowering stage (usually)
