Yes you can flower them. Yield would be zip. They look good though, so keep them going for another 6-8 weeks and then flower, and you'll have a great yield.

you can flower whenever u want even from seedling if you wanted it stresses the plant a bit i usually wait till the plant shows sex then flower at least a month

Afer 5 weeks your plant will be approx 1 to 2 feet after which during flowering will at least double in size.

Can't really answer that, depends on your growing conditions, lights, medium, strain, nutes, etc.
