Can I have my lamp sideways?..pic attached

after moving my grow to a bathroom stealth area where the ventilation is much better comes a question can I have my lamp like this..?
250 watt 15k lumen dual cfl bulb..
growing 2 2gallon pots auto low rider diesel..
