Can I place plants outside before Sept. 21st

I have some indoor plants that I would like to take outside (too crowded in tent).
They have been in flower for a month.
Do I have to wait until 12/12 hours of light/ dark, which would be Sept. 21st, or can I set them out now, even though it's only 13/11 light/dark hours?

You can, but you’ll want to do slowly over the course of a few days, so you don’t shock them. Also try and match your hours of indoor lighting to the outdoor lighting before putting them out. Outside plants generally start flowering once the the hours of daylight hit around 13.5 more or less.
