can i start flowering???? (og kush) pics inside

hey everyone this is my 26 day old og kush plant and i was wondering if it would be ok to start flowering now due to lack of space. it can grow 3 and half feet max so i wanna be sure i have enough room. im using 2 t8 fluro tubes and three 48 watt cfls. whats everyone think should i wait a week or sumthing this thing is growing fast???

You can flower it now yeild wont be as much as if it was bigger..

You stated that space is a concern, so I would start 12/12 at around 9".
