? can i veg inside up to three feet and bloom outside all year

i live in florida wanna use the sun to my advantage can i veg inside up to what ever hight and flower outside.would it be just as fast as hydro because im veging inside under 24/7 clfs and just move them outside for bloom seems it would be faster than just starting from scratch outside.can anyone give me some advice thankyou
