Can soil grown be as potent as hydroponic?

I am wondering if soil grown can be as potent as hydroponics? Or can one get soil grown to the same quality or potency?

In a nutshell the answer is yes.
Genetics and environment are the primary factors in potency.

IMHO soil grows can be much better if done outside in cannabis' natural environment. No amount of artificial light can replace what the sun gives.

Absolutely. Hydro just grows a little faster bur soil with organic amendments will be better bud all around. Depends on if you are in a hurry or want some good shit.
