That lady might be flowering but she's not healthy. Cannabis uses up lots of nutrients and unless you replace them at some point they become nutritionally deficient and show it in their foliage. Yellowed and pale leaves are a sign of nitrogen deficiency. Even though an increase in potassium is desired for increases in blooms they still need the nitrogen and my guess is your lady is starving for nitrogen, but then I am just basing my assumption on a picture. I really don't know why I'm giving advice considering how rude you were.
