Its about a week into flowering and at first I was sure they were fem, but now I'm thinking this one might be male or hermi. Can someone give me a definite identification? If its a hermit, how to I push it towards becoming fem again?

"If its a hermit"

huh do you mean a crab ? or an old man in the mountain ?

if she has male parts then run away (unless that your thing)

Seriously, might be, can't tell from the picture (too young and/or pic isn't zoomed in enough)
If all the others are showing definite female preflowers, then probably a male. Are their any preflower pistils showing ?

It's a hermie.. Seed pod n hairs coming off stem the raised up parts are bud it will be ok smoke only worth getting rid of if u have more then one plant no way to change the genetics a Hermie is a hermie cant force it to be female and females can go hermie from stress .. Ect

Most hermaphrodites are not genetic, but rather female plants that show male flowers for some reason, usually stress.

The most common stress is over feeding, over watering and heat.

I think what your seeing is a Stipule.
However i do concur with the assessment it is most likely a hermie.
A bit early to tell, though.

pollen is pretty delicate, if it gets wet at all, it is done
i see, i just hear people bitching about not getting it out and it pollinates other girls i never had a problem with pollen because i rip all male signs up no matter if hermie or not.
