Can Someone tell Me Why You Feed A Plant Bleed..????

What is the reason for this..???

How old do the Plants have to be for the bleedy feed...???

Blood meal breaks down into ammonia basically. Ammonia is excellent nitrogen source for plants. You can use it sparingly (1-2 tablespoon per gallon of dirt) From the very beginning of the plants life.
