Can this setup/model work for a perpetual grow?

Sup guys, I really don't have a lot to work with here, so I'm trying to do the best I can with what I have

Okay, so I'm working with a 4x4x6.5
Tent with only 328 watts of cfls. Prior to using that tent, I used a 50 gal tote to grow with. I have this Northern light vegging right now and I'm thinking about putting her in the tote, making her my mom. Also placing her cuttings in there with her (10 clones) if they could fit.
Every 21 days I'll place the 10 cuttings in the tent to start flowering.

Only thing is that I would have to take some lights out my tent to support my mother & cuttings. Remind you I only have 328 watts of cfls. My question is how many watts of cfls can I get away with putting in my tote.

its still a half assed newbie attempt, bleed some more and get some good reliable lights in

as there is often a falling returns, with cfl's above 200watts you are better of with a 250w Mh even hps

to be sequentially is just that, having reliable gear and product to pump out buds reliably every 90 days or so

and it will take space, a dedicated mom , vegging, and bud room, also drying and curing must be considered

avoid doing it the cheap newbie way...it will only result in disappointment for you and your team
