Can you Clone a Auto-Flowering strain?
Yes, you can make a cutting and root it, though just because you "can" doesn't mean you "should".
And if you can will the clone be a auto-flowering?
Yes, if the parent is auto, a cutting will be too.
The problem is that autos flower by age, not by light cycle.
So your cutting will be the same age. . .and therefore finish flowering. . .at the same time as the mother plant.
Since there in no way to maintain an autoflower as a vegetating mother plant, there is no point in trying to clone one.
would be great if i bought a 60 day Auto-Flowering strain then cloned it to keep a crop going every 2 months
You don't really need an autoflower for that. Just buy a fast regular indica strain, clone the heck out of it, then put a clone into flower every two months.
If you want to keep running autos, for whatever reason, just cross two for a ceed run. Then you'll have plenty of ceeds to continue growing.
soulreaver71's Ok, so Auto's aren't all fems????
No.
While most of the sellers of autoflowers only sell femmed autos, there are still a few companies that sell regular auto beans, that you could cross to make ceeds.
