I wanna make apocalyptic strength green dragon with my trimmings so I was wondering if it’s possible to simmer everclear below boiling point to reduce volume and increase thc content per 1ml after its Been collected from cheese cloth?

I wouldn't do it with an open flame. And be super careful vaporized alcohol will make your eyes cross and can flash very easy!

You can cook it down as much as you want. If you cook it all off you will wind up with very potent hash oil.

Yes, please follow this! The safest way is to put the jar in a hot water bath that is away from open flames.
