Can you ID this bug???

What's up RIU? Just found this little guy crawling around one of my plants. He was all by himself but I'm sure he's got at least a couple of buddies around. Any idea what type of bug this is?

Doesnt look too serious bro. you should be concerned with the ones you cant see (usually spider mites) and such

Looks like a black gnat to me.

Looks somewhat like a cockroach, but I'm no bug expert.
