Can you Revitalize a dried up Vape cartridge

I tried asking this question last week on another sub-forum and got no answers .

I bought a bunch of vape cartridges from a neta dispensary a couple months ago. Two of them smoked fine till the view port was transparent but this other one ran out of liquid. It has a ton of tar like stuff inside. No clue where the receipt is. Can I just inject some propylene glycol and shake it up or am I out ninety bucks?

Greetings, don't have a clue about adding Pg/Vg. Last time mine fux up, took it back; but you can't.

If it were me, I would take it apart extract the 'stuff' and hot knife it or flip nail to see what it's working with.
